Where do I see the ship date? N/M...I called and was told that I will receive a confirmation once the item ships (in 2-3 weeks) she said. I went for the 160GB version so perhaps the 80GB model ships quicker. |

The site states "To qualify for the $150 card credit, you MUST purchase a PLAYSTATION 3 system with your new PlayStation Card ("PS3 Purchase") at an authorized Sony retailer such as SonyRewards.com, Sony Style store and SonyStyle.com." Amazon has free super saver shipping, but I'm reluctant to pull the trigger w/o being sure it will disqualify me from the credit. |

* Instant credit and immediate use of the PlayStation Card is only available at SonyRewards.com. The $150 credit will be directly applied during the online purchase process at SonyRewards.com. Offer available to new PlayStation Card accounts only and only one PlayStation®3 system at this specially reduced price may be purchased per new PlayStation Card account. When you were approved for the PlayStation Card, your account and CVV2 number were displayed on-screen and you should have made a note of them at that time, as this information is not available until you receive your card in the mail. You will be able to make a one-time purchase at SonyRewards.com only, with up to a maximum line of credit of $5,000. Additional purchases with this account cannot be made until your card is received in the mail. This promotional offer is available for new PlayStation Card account holders only; existing PlayStation Card account holders or accounts are not eligible. ** To qualify for the Bonus Offer, you must be a new PlayStation Card member through the instant credit promotion only and purchased a PS3 system, listed above, with your new PlayStation Card. Limited availability. Only while supplies last. |

Just applied for the card and got approved. Awaiting for the card and hoping to find a better deal at any of the authorized retailer.
The below link is found here Get more by using your Sony Card for Sony purchases at these Sony Authorized Retailers. |

dammit. found out they *Sony/chase* cant get the number until i have the card, which is pointless so.. MAKE sure you write down the number of you have to wait for the card to order or buy at a Sony dealer ie Sony styles store. there is one where i live so i will just go there and buy it myself without having to pay for shipping and wait. so hopefully its cheaper then 283. if anyone can give input on this price. tax shipping? |

Now that we have a list of authorized retailers that we can get the $150 discount at, does anyone know what the best overall deal is, taking into account coupons, CashBack, tax, and shipping? I take it Amazon would be the cheapest so far, with free shipping and no tax (for most of us). |

So if it says it will notify me in thirty days by mail does that mean I'm not approved? |

Rocktest said:Hey guys, I think I found the authorized retailer link http://direct.where2getit.com/Sony/index.php?l (linked off the Sony Card/Playstation site at the bottom of the page http://sonyrewards.com/en/clubs/sonycard/ ) and under their little address form is a link that gives the online retailers
edited to make links clickable. EDIT again: Okay, for some reason the first link doesn't work if you go to that address directly, but go to http://sonyrewards.com/en/clubs/sonycard/ and you'll see the 'Get more by using your Sony Card or PlayStation Card at these Sony Authorized Retailers' link at the bottom of the page Thanks but repost...Check the couple of posts above yours which already has the same information!! |
