*********************************************************** Rep said 2GB vs 4GB issue has been forwarded to billing dept. *********************************************************** Yep, that's what they said when they substituted a worse printer than what I ordered. Huge hassle to get it shipped back to them. Stay away. |

Three days later they send email to call because of alleged "credit card" problem. Takes forever to reach them by telephone, and then they say they cannot honor the advertised price. Nothing to do with the emailed "credit card" problem! I ask if there is anything they can do if only in the interest of customer satisfaction. They say they will email a $10 coupon. Never received the coupon. Have read in other threads how Ritz often advertise low price, get your telephone number, and then call you for camera add ons. You can search these threads to confirm that at least some others have bad opinion of Ritz. Of course that is NOT to say that sometimes things will work out fine. Just a heads up, and a honest report of my personal experience with Ritz. Looks like you have taken this from their price match policy section: "We will not honor the lower pricing because it is usually the result of unethical selling practices such as: ....# Retailers that employ bait and switch tactics. These unethical retailers show considerably lower prices online and then contact you by telephone and try to force you to buy additional overpriced accessory kits and warranties, or tell you the item is out of stock or discontinued and try to sell you a different product entirely." Have to agree with you after the recent Nikon incident on Amazon, which is a very good example of what they are talking!! |

besides the 2gb vs 4gb problem, the other big problem is that there is probably only ONE UPC for the 3-pack. I will stay away. |

Just ordered three 4GB CF's. Comfirmation email lists 4GB CF cards so the error must be just on the SD's. Upgrading from 80x 2GB's for my work. Thanks OP! Hey ocean395. Why the red? Just trying to help with info. You jealous or something?

The rebate form says: LIMIT THREE CARDS PER REDEMPTION CLAIM. LIMIT THREE CLAIMS PER HOUSEHOLD. Given that you can buy ONE card and get $10 back, or two cards and get $30 back or 3 for $60... isn't there a chance that each card counts as a single claim? In other words, if you do the 3 CF cards rebate, you have exhausted your three claims per household... ? |

It seems some internal messed-up in their system. If you click the "package contents" in their product link, you will find 2G card instead. |

Ritz blew it on the SD cards. Great way to start the season. Title SanDisk 4 GB Extreme III SD Memory Card 3-Pack Specs - (3) 2 GB Extreme III SD Memory Cards Rebate - good luck If they ship these they best honor their screw up on the rebate ! |
