ouch, not touching this one. Also I did this rebate before and believe if you buy 3 cards that counts as 3 claims. I would not buy 6 cards (2 three packs) and expect to get all teh rebate (even if they ship the right product).

I am still thinking the confirmation email was wrong about the size of those sd cards. but the question is still how we can get back rebate since only one upc will come with the product.

Best to cancel the order than go thru the hasle of fixing. I have other rebates and items to worry about this thanksgiving. Not worth the time and energy.

Given that you can buy ONE card and get $10 back, or two cards and get $30 back or 3 for $60... isn't there a chance that each card counts as a single claim?

In other words, if you do the 3 CF cards rebate, you have exhausted your three claims per household... ?

I think if you do one card per claim, yes, you exhausted the three claims per household. But if you do 3 CF cards in one claim, you still have 2 more claims left.

Are you sure? Then why does the rebate form mention max 3 cards per claim? In you theory, they should just say one card per claim.

I agree with you Leon2000. I read it as you can do a max of 3 claims of 3 cards each.

I'm bailing on these guys and canceling. Not worth the effort. I sent an e-mail to customer service for the cancellation, I was number 39 in the queue for live chat!

I will stay way away from these guys.

I cancelled my order. The live agent stated that the resolution with the sd card is that you will get a 2gb sd card instead of a cancellation or price adjustment to make it free after rebate. How can you deal with such logic.

Means you can Mix'n'Match (if you want) up to three different (or same) cards per claim form, because each additional card on the same form gives you a better 'per card' rebate.
You can repeat this twice, for a max of three 'claims' for nine cards.
You don't 'have to' claim three cards per submission; but if you request say, rebate for one card on the first claim, you may submit a maximum of six more cards, and not eight.
If you are buying four cards, you will get a better refund by submitting for three and one ($60 + $10) as opposed to submitting for two and two ($30 + $30)

I Have pdf's for both webpages in case anyone needs them to fight it out.. confirmation did say 4GB sd cards not 2gb
