What caused my confusion is the lack of 6-ave stores around here. I looked
for online availability and completely blew by the B & M in the title. Sorry about that.

Did any one received rebate for this product? I cannot track or there is no number in the rebate form.

Bad company cannot be trusted.

Called 3 weeks ago, the lady said my rebate was not approved; but when I asked the reason why since I told her that I had mailed receipt, UPC code and rebate form all of you requested enclosed, her answer was that she would try to find out. Then, after some times of this same kind of conversation back and forth for 3 weeks (each time she said she would call me back but never once she did). Today (3/24/09) when I called again, her answer was that she did not receive it. And she won't accept resubmission. She also told me when I submitted rebate I should take the risk that I might not get rebate.

Please advise what can I do next.
