I think you're probably looking at the product page. This was available on Gold Box and is now 100% claimed.

Just an FYI, you cant just hold it in your cart and let it drag to the next deal. Once they are claimed the special price will be gone. I tried it with namco museum, once the deal went 100% claimed i tried to check out and it went back up to 19.99.
