This is a FABULOUS find!! Libby Lu is owned by Saks and sells some lovely little girl things. My daughter loves their shampoo, so this is going to be enough for the next year!
lol about the giftcards. I just can't get over $7.50 for TWO gallons of shampoo/conditioner and FREE shipping! Their lotions are a great deal too. Wonder how long two gallons of shampoo will REALLY last for my daughter?? lol
2 Count 1 Gallon Conditioner/Shampoo makes me think you get one gallon shampoo and one gallon conditioner, but maybe it will be their choice what to send?
Wow, great find! Ordered two of the shampoo/conditioner combos.
I cannot believe I'm sitting here and contemplating if I should buy more...... I DO have three girls though. But 4 gallons?

I think I'm going overboard here. I have a hundred $ in my cart and debating if I should buy the "it's a girl thing" bags! Trying to figure out WHAT I would do with either 5 or 10 lbs of glitter and we rarely use bobby pins but they're in the cart bc I'm thinking maybe we should! And the gel... that's another great price, but we don't use the stuff we have. Am I missing something in my career as mom?

In for the bobby pins!! This is a great deal - dd dances and we probably go through 50 pounds in a year.
Or, you can use suave coupons that are floating around out there (from 2 weeks ago) and get shampoo for free from Acme. With coupon deals and FAR deals, we've had all our shampoor, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., for free for the last 4 years. Thanks mistercheap!
However, the qtips are a great find!

Use IE, for some reason there sight does not like firefox
Awesome deals on shampoo aside, I'm actually quite happy to hear this store is going out of business. When I was 7 years old, the cool birthday parties to have were at Chuck E Cheese's, pottery painting, or bumper bowling. It was actually a little uncomfortable to sit in the mall and see these moms drop their young kids off to get glitter, perfume, nail polish, fake hair, and microphone headsets like they were undergoing a Britney Spears-esque transformation. Hey, 7-year-old, you're not a pretty pop star unless you get a "makeover" that includes fake hair. Pretending to be like Paris Hilton is FUN!
I realize once they hit the pre-teen years, the desire to look like girls in magazines is inevitable, but the site recommended the experience for 5 year olds. I must sound like a cranky and out of touch 23-year-old, but that is ridiculous.

I placed my order on Saturday, got a notice that it was shipped yesterday and TODAY a notice that it has been cancelled due to the overwhelming response
Oh bugger. I thought I was at least getting some of my order. I got a partial shipping email yesterday. So far nothing today.
Of the two items left, one is still on the site and the other (Qtips) are not up on the sale page anymore. Guessing they won't ship. Hoping the stuff they said shipped, did in fact ship...

Don't feel too bad. You obviously have never smelled 6 bottles of smashed open / leaking watermelon scent oil. They were thrown into a card board box to bang around and break with no packing materials. Obviously the shipping department knows they will soon be unemployed. Got the box just now, wow, stuff stinks when its leaking all over and the oils get on everything and saturate them.
My order came today--two one gallon bottles of freesia scented conditioning shampoo and six full size spray bottles of hair/body glitter. For $9, I am THRILLED! Thanks again to the OP for posting...my daughter can't wait to use the glitter!!
I thought I ordered 2 count of 2 gall shampoo/cond. Did I misunderstand the description b/c my box only contained 2 total? The invoice lists 2 and has a balance of 0. I e-mailed them, but have yet to get a reply. Thanks!

I received my order today and got a few of the items that I ordered. However, I was billed as receiving them all. Yikes! The invoice says that they shipped yet I also got a note attached to the invoice stating that the items are out of stock and won't be shipped. I left a message and have yet to be called back.
I have a similar problem. The items not billed for are listed as the Qtips and the 2 sets of $1.50 hairspray. They shipped the hairsprays and noted the Qtips and the $12 batch of necklaces are not going to ship. That's a $9 difference. Not good.
I received my order yesterday. I didn't even come close to imagining how heavy and how much 50# of bobbie pins actually is. Even the FedEx guy laughed when he learned what he had been lugging around.

Got more stuff today. Some of the never shipped items arrived. Other items that were in the order that shipped did not. Did receive "4 of 4" boxes from the handwritten marker on them.
Also, 15 pound bags of glitter all weigh in at 10 pounds 5 oz. 5 pound bags of glitter come in at 2 pounds 3 oz.
Interesting that their inventory control seems horrible and weights advertised are not even close.
Plus the way stuff was just throw in boxes means we had about 30% damage rates on anything plastic such as the toe and nail kits.
Has anyone had luck contacting their customer service? Just goes to voicemail.

I received this email from their customer service. I hope it helps some of you. I still am a bit skeptical but we'll see.

I placed my offer of Dec. 15, they canceled it the next day. I just got my CC bill and my order for $37 is still on there! I called today and they said expect it to be refunded next week. Gee I guess if you don't call they don't refund. Watch your statements!
