Anything good? I'm trying to check out RAM and Video Cards, but it doesn't seem like Buy have anything particularly interesting. Any suggestions?

When it is activated? ET time? Do not understand what this mean "only as long as the Buy.com website indicates that the $15 Cash Back promotion is available." Where can we see this "15 Cash Back"? Has anyone tried?

I think he/she means order confirmation. I placed an order about 30 mins ago too and no confirmation email (from Buy.com) and no transaction at paypal so ??? ah well patience.
Well, I was putting in the order when I saw that buydotcom was charging tax on the sale. (Even though the order is for an out of state seller, their marketplace blah blah thing). For me, that took half the $15, and with shipping basically ruined the deal.
Good luck for those able to take advantage of the deal.
I needed a $63 item, so I used one of those 8GB USB drives as a filler (the Sandisk one). Drive is $20 normally, but $15 when paid with Paypal, because it applies item-specific $5 off when paid with Paypal. So, a free USB drive effectively - if the $15 off $75 is not going to conflict with that $5 discount. Anyone sees any language in this offer that clarifies this?

When you pay through PayPal on the confirmation page just before you submit your order and return to Buy.com it will state if the order qualifies for the $15/$75 promotion at the top of the page:
Promotions: This order qualifies fo the $15 of your purchase of $75 or more at Buy.com see details

This is a PayPal funded promotion. Based on my experience with Buy.com it is not likely they will credit you anything.

I posted this separately, but might be worth cross posting here. Thoughts as to whether Buy.com instant coupon will invalidate the paypal CashBack somehow?

It can't be stacked with the 5% off coupon. I had to remove the coupon just to be able to checkout with PayPal. The $15 off doesn't appear as a discount, rather you get the $15 returned to your PayPal account by Jan 31st.

Not necessarily. The same thing happened when Google Checkout was handing out $10 to $50, buy .com was increasing their prices by exactly what Google was rebating.
Makes you wonder if buy .com doesn't like these promotions and is trying to counter it. What else could it be? Can't be the $$$, because there would be no net savings to the customer, who will then just skip the entire deal.
