Long time reader, first time poster... hope I didn't screw this up, esp since it's got multiple discounts going, but:

Buy.com has the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 for $80 w/ $20 rebate

If you add to cart, it's got an extra $10 promo if you use paypal. (It should automatically add a coupon that says, "purchase select products using PayPal and receive $10 off instantly. One coupon per order, may order up to two times.")

This appears to be stackable with the paypal $15/$75 discount. (I got the email from paypal, but hopefully this discount is available anyone who uses paypal) With the $10 discount, you need $5 filler to use this CashBack to reach $75.

You can get whatever you want (I got the 8 gig flash drive for $12), but one of the cheaper ones is a 2 GB SD card

Make sure you click the "Checkout with paypal/Get $15 Cash Back" button. During paypal checkout, you should see a message that the order is eligible for the $15 Cash Back.

Your total should be:

$80 camera + $6.50 SD card - $10 instant coupon - $20 rebate - $15 CashBack = 41.50 + tax. (Note that the CashBack is applied to paypal acct in a month) OTD price should be about 76.50 + tax.

Hot deal, thanks.

You will not get paypal CashBack for this transaction. so forget about $15 and that would make it around $56.xx. Alternately you can remove the $10 coupon and instead use $15 coupon to bring price down to $51.xx
I did this and paypal said that this transaction is not eligible for CashBack since $10 paypal coupon is already applied and that is a restriction "look at the last line of terms and condition".

Terms and Conditions: Receive $15 Cash Back on purchases of $75 or more, excluding tax and shipping (Offer). Offer applies to transactions at www.Buy.com when you use PayPal as the payment method. Offer valid on December 19, 2008 and only as long as the Buy.com website indicates that the $15 Cash Back promotion is available. The maximum amount of Cash Back per PayPal account is $30.00. To receive this Offer, you must use a U.S. PayPal account in good standing. The Cash Back will be deposited into your PayPal account by January 31, 2009.
Excluded transactions from this offer include, but are not limited to the following: PayPal Pay Later transactions, PayPal Plug-In transactions (formerly named: Virtual Debit Card), gift certificate payments, gift card purchases, PayPal Debit Card payments, automatic and/or recurring payments that you have scheduled, payments made when you are not logged into your PayPal account, and PayPal Plus Credit Card/ eBay MasterCard payments not made through your PayPal account. If the payment is refunded or cancelled at any time, you are not eligible for the Offer.

PayPal and Buy.com reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify part or this entire Offer at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. This Offer cannot be resold, transferred or combined with any other offer.

Is the $15 CashBack an instant CashBack from PayPal?

$15 CashBack is not instant. TOC says that it will be deposited by Jan 31, 2009

...
.

Interesting. I just added the quickcam to my cart and it automatically added the $10 instant coupon to the item. When I go halfway through the paypal checkout, I still see, "Promotional Offer: This transaction is eligible for 15 USD Cash Back on purchases of 75 USD or more."

FWIW, it seems like the $10 off is a Buy.com promo on the camera which reduces the price of the item. It's like any other sale item... I'm not sure if paypal would even see this discount because in the end, wouldn't they just have the order total (which is over $75)? This also seems like common verbiage on rebates, and to date, I've never been rejected a rebate because I used any type of coupon or got it on sale.

Would be interested if anyone else is having issues getting both to work.

Ok it allows both coupon and CashBack if you make your cart over $75 by adding more items (as stated by OP)

I actually got my $15 CashBack already in my paypal account. That was a lot faster than I expected.
