If you add to cart, it's got an extra $10 promo if you use paypal. (It should automatically add a coupon that says, "purchase select products using PayPal and receive $10 off instantly. One coupon per order, may order up to two times.")
This appears to be stackable with the paypal $15/$75 discount. (I got the email from paypal, but hopefully this discount is available anyone who uses paypal) With the $10 discount, you need $5 filler to use this CashBack to reach $75.
You can get whatever you want (I got the 8 gig flash drive for $12), but one of the cheaper ones is a 2 GB SD card
Make sure you click the "Checkout with paypal/Get $15 Cash Back" button. During paypal checkout, you should see a message that the order is eligible for the $15 Cash Back.
Your total should be:
$80 camera + $6.50 SD card - $10 instant coupon - $20 rebate - $15 CashBack = 41.50 + tax. (Note that the CashBack is applied to paypal acct in a month) OTD price should be about 76.50 + tax.
You will not get paypal CashBack for this transaction. so forget about $15 and that would make it around $56.xx. Alternately you can remove the $10 coupon and instead use $15 coupon to bring price down to $51.xx I did this and paypal said that this transaction is not eligible for CashBack since $10 paypal coupon is already applied and that is a restriction "look at the last line of terms and condition".

Interesting. I just added the quickcam to my cart and it automatically added the $10 instant coupon to the item. When I go halfway through the paypal checkout, I still see, "Promotional Offer: This transaction is eligible for 15 USD Cash Back on purchases of 75 USD or more."
FWIW, it seems like the $10 off is a Buy.com promo on the camera which reduces the price of the item. It's like any other sale item... I'm not sure if paypal would even see this discount because in the end, wouldn't they just have the order total (which is over $75)? This also seems like common verbiage on rebates, and to date, I've never been rejected a rebate because I used any type of coupon or got it on sale.
Would be interested if anyone else is having issues getting both to work.
