Examples: World-beating price comparison (what would make it so?). Killer mobile apps (what?). Best-in-class Coupons finder (desired features?). Consumer-driven deals "Here's what I want; compete for my business."
Incremental improvements like these will be addressed separately: Improve search. Improve the tone in forums. Add 'First/Previous/Next' option to all Today page lists.

I have asked this before. Currently when a logged-in member click-through a vendor's link through the hotdeals forum and completes a successful sales transaction, she misses the CashBack. Even if the member is logged in she has to go through the CashBack section of the Fatwallet in order to get the CashBack. I think this is ridiculous. In these days of speedy deals, many fatwalleters forget to go through those extra loops and misses the CashBack. This lost consumer surplus definitely increases fatwallet's bottom-line but a simple direct way of getting CashBack will help you earn a tremendous goodwill.
Finish fixing the Hot Deals "search" function. There's been some work on it but it's a long way from being done. Want a good model? Go check out the search at SD. You don't have to be a member to use it.
