According to MHz700, this deal is available in SF Bay Area CA to existing customers and after March 1 it will be available nationwide to new and existing customers.

What is MHz700?? website or a discussion forum?

Looks like it's the FW Username for the person that made the 13th post in this thread that says:

MHz700 said:Actually, the plan is currently a beta and also being used for retention. It is also available to all in San Francisco, CA.

But rumor is as per another forum (HF) that March 1, 2009 this will be a national roll-out available to everyone.

I hope this is true and not just a false lead. I might consider staying with T-Mobile because of this. My contract expired earlier this month. Was about to go to Verizon because of their new "Friends & Family" promo.

I keep reading about MetroPCS, cannot seem to find comments from anyone on their service in the NYC area. So holding back on that.

I don't see it on mine- in New York with corporate discount...

Just went to my T-Mobile account, and it does confirm the offer; I live in the San Francisco Bay area.
Here's the details:

89.98 for two lines
Unlimited nationwide calling
add up to three lines for $39.98 each
no additional contract commitment
Looks like Messaging IS NOT INCLUDED: you must add your own bundle

I have an iphone, so I need a data plan. Would be nice to find out if this plan covers data or not.

I've attached some pictures of the offer for proof!!!!

If they had data (not the t-zones), I'd be in. I just went from TMobile's 1500 min for $40 plan to a Sprint Sero account, which I got from someone who was getting rid of theirs.

Same here, anyone know of Data details?

Correct.

Do I have to renew a contract if I go with them? I assume text messages are extra? I pay $15 a month for unlimited.

rated:

Apparently the offer states there is no annual contract necessary.....

"$135 statement credit when you transfer a number from another wireless company" Hmmm wonder if it works with pay as you go phones?

rated:

call in Florida to Tmobile, they said no such plan here. Got unlimited for $100 a month

I signed up recently for their unlimited minutes and text for $150/mth in the OR area, but i had to sign a 2-year contract which i don't mind because my entire family is with T-Mobile.

I wonder if you can get hotspot @ home for free with this plan .... wouldn't make sense for them to charge for it.

hkgonra said:I am confused it looks like everything is unlimited but it says additional minutes .40 ?

I can explain this with a wife joke... my wife talks so much on her phone that she went over unlimited minutes.

Additional minutes $0.40
.

If this is a true unlimited plan then what additional minutes are for ?
AT&T has the same thing on my 3G card. It is unlimited, but it also gives a price per MB if you go over. I have no idea why they do that ...

"Also, any Hotspot@Home capable mobile device may take advantage of UMA service(s) with unlimited useage, per this unlmiited anytime minute rate plan; no additional H@H add-on required."

Saw that on HF...
