I just got Time Warner Bundle with Digital Cable with HD, Phone & Internet for $79.99 + taxes so $83.96 per month for 12months. They normally advertise the bundle for $99 but if you get their Bundle with Spanish which gives you all of the channels the $99 package offers plus the Spanish ones they knock off $20. Only catch is the internet is 1.5mbs instead of 3mbs.
I called the 1-888-892-2253. They just said the All the Best with Espanol or something to that effect. I talked to a couple reps as my phone kept disconnecting and just mentioned the Bundle with Spanish Package for $79.99 and they knew what I was talking about. The last rep I signed up with was able to waive the $6.50 fee for the 1st box as she said they normally charge for it on this particular package.

I am at the San Diego area, unfortunately, I called and they do not have this kind of promotion.
This cable company really charges an arm and a leg. hehe

hmmm if the internet is 1.5Mbps, then I wouldn't call this a deal. TW's Roadrunner which you get with the all the best bundle is usually 6-7 Mbps in most areas, especially SoCal

Update April 15: There's an air of discontent brewing over Time Warner Cable's proposed unlimited internet bandwidth for $150/month... http://gigaom.com/2009/04/10/twcs-150-unlimited-broadband-new-way-to-fleece-customers/ http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2009/04/the-price-gouging-premiums-of-time-warner-cables-data-caps.ars http://www.glgroup.com/News/Time-Warner-Cables-Pricing-Strategy-Caused-by-Supposed-Do-Gooders-37406.html
Thinking of switching to AT&T altogether for high speed internet only (no bundles!)..who needs TimeWarnerCable anymore?
boycott time warner. this is the company thats trying to institute caps on its internet service to prevent people from watching tv online instead of through cable tv

While TW may have an ulterior motive, some of the press reports today are quoting AT&T that they too would like to control video streaming through their DSL services.

Has anyone taken advantage of this recently?

Just got off the phone with TW Socal: they first offered the regular All The Best bundle for $99 (which is the new customer rate) but they offered a 24 month rate lock on that price with a $150 early termination fee, which is prorated. I asked about the Spanish version for $79 but they said that's now $103 or something like that. After asking to cancel again, her supervisor said she would give me Spanish version for $89.
Not that great a deal given I had originally signed up for the standard All The Best bundle for $89: for the same original price, I'd be losing internet speed and tier.
