This is an awesome deal for anyone looking to upgrade. Anandtech's benchmarks shows this card smoking the Nvidia GTX275 and even topping the GTX285 in some games. The card is barely out for a week and this deal puts it in the 4870 price range.
that is compare to some GTX275 high resolution not GTX260 216. Check the scores on anand and firingsquad. It beats the GTX275 on 1920 and under, comparable to GTX285 imo
DirectX10 games shine on HD4000 series as well

Just bought a 55nm eVGA GTX 260 three days ago otherwise I would definitely have bought this 4890. I have both SLI and CF capable mobos and cards from both camps, so, I'm no fanboy. Glad I'll be saving a few bucks a month with the 260 though.
