Interesting. Sounds like a way for WB to cash in but it does give consumers the option to move to the "victorious" format at least.

factory sealed retail ones. I was able to submit two orders for ultimate matrix with just one copy of HD ultimate matrix and made some profit on eBay. They were taking back slip with upc code as well as cover for matrix rev. I used both for two orders.

I have no idea why but my Red2Blue DVD went to Georgia and i live in California!!! how does that happen?? called the company and they are sending me a new copy ...

wrong label? they did not say why but i think it is resolved

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months. It seems like the Matrix 10th anniversary edition is the reason why it's delayed.

Got this e-mail today..

Thank you for your order from Red2Blu.com and for sending in your cover art.

Unfortunately, we had hoped to give you the MATRIX 10TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION, but we have run out of stock of these limited edition Blu-ray titles and we do not expect to receive more inventory in time to fulfill your order. We have removed this item from your order.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Accordingly, we will include a complimentary MATRIX Blu-ray disc with your order. As we have rushed to have these new Blu-ray discs prepared and sent to you as an apology, the Blu-ray will not be shrink-wrapped.

I just received a similar email for Casablanca...stating they're out of the Collector's Edition but that they're sending a complimentary Casablanca Blu-ray...makes you wonder what exactly they're goinng to send...

You all think they're just going to send a Matrix 10th anniversary edition, just no shrink wrap, or the Matrix blu ray that is usually included with the Ultimate Collection? I'm thinking it's the one from the Ultimate Collection.

They are just gonna send the regular version with no shrink wrap

The way it's listed in my shipping notice is:

Ultimate Matrix Collection, The (BD) $19.95
Unforgiven (BD) $4.95
Ultimate Matrix Collection R2B replacement $0.00
Casablanca, Ultimate collector edition R2B replacement $0.00
(emphasis in bold was added by me)

Update: received the blu ray version of the matrix that would be in the ultimate matrix collection unwrapped as a replacement
