Not a bad deal, but its not hot when you can get high speed 4 gig cards at Newegg for about the same price shipped without REBATE hassle. I wish they had some more 8 or 16 gig deals.
This wasn't as good as when these cards were a little over $3 each shipped. Green for OP because it is a good price but there will probably be better ones within the next few weeks.

I bought 3 of the 20MB cards in the deal a couple of weeks ago. The retail package also includes a "MicroMate" reader and a small pouch.

FYI: I think that chicoedgemight be thinking about a deal that I was fortunate enough to get in on last year. I got three 30MB/s Extreme III CF cards for $170.85 shipped - $160 rebate = $10.85 = $3.62/card. I placed my order on October 6th, 2008 based on this thread. (The prices came down even lower after the thread was posted which is how my deal was better than the one in the thread title.) But at that time the SDHC cards were selling for more than the CF cards.
My point is that there may have been better deals on the 8GB 30MBps cards in the past, but I wouldn't hold my breath for deals that good to be repeated. If you need a high-quality, high-speed SDHC card anytime soon, this would be a great time to buy IMO.

New egg is not a qualified retailer to get Sandisc rebate.

Thanks Got a link to cards with similar specs for similar money without rebate?
It is indeed live again! Great deal, but the MIR is large (& paid in Visa), and I really don't need 3... For those who now have extra cards to sell, see the Quick Summary post above.
