Hope this is not a repost Newegg.com has Little big planet for PS3 for $24.99 with free shipping. It is PAL version but region free so no worries. BUT you will not be able to trade it at video game stores later.

the game itself will play fine, but keep in mind if you are not from europe you wont be able to use your psn account to purchase any extra downloadable content for this game. You need a European credit card.
