Sing along time!

Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd;
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack and sodas and hot dogs and more peanuts and another hotdog and nachos and sodas and waters and more hotdogs and some more peanuts and, gawd, I'm thirsty, more sodas, and another hotdog with nachos on top and stuff the peanuts inside the hot dog with a nachos chaser plus some more sodas and, what's that on the ground, a piece of Cracker Jack!
I don't care if I have a heart attack.
Let me root, root, root for the by - pass,
If I don't live, it's a shame.
For it's two, four, six pounds of food,
At the old ball game.

Who's that sitting beside me? oh, my own a$$.

This is why minor leagues are so much more entertaining for the family.

1) Smaller stadium means there are no nose bleeds.
2) The local stadium runs free hot dogs and peanuts through the 7th inning almost once a week.
3) Tickets are so much cheaper. Lawn: $6, Box: $9, Club Box: $10
4) No A-rod primadonnas.
5) No one is getting paid $X0 M! dollars a year to hit a ball. I make 50k a year. I don't have a problem going and watching a guy whack a ball that makes a bit more. He makes a decent living in the midwest. I make a decent living in the midwest and life is good.

So for $6 on any random promotion day AND get free hotdogs and peanuts. Now that's a FatWallet HotDeal.

1lossir said:OP - you might want to change the thread title to "selected baseball stadiums". Naturally, the Mariners aren't participating - it would cheapen the "ballpark experience" which is the main reason most people in Seattle go to games @ Safeco Field.

What ballpark experience is that? The one where the Mariners keep blowing games and everyone still believes that things will change?

Yep that is why I prefer the Wildthings to the Pirates.

In the commercials on the radio it detailed that you get hot dogs from...

wait for it...

AM/PM gas station.

They have a concession stand in the upper deck and that's where the AYCE ticketholders have to get food and drinks/stand in line.

I'm not expecting Hebrew National All-Beef dogs, but it'll be a trip if these will be on rolling metal bars just like at BP's AM/PM gas station hot dog displays.

And I'm down for the "dare" aspect of this.

9 innings.....can anyone do 18 hot dogs? I'll bet I could do ten.

The new Yankee Stadium is nice but they have the same old style concessions there; very disappointed in the food. And the price, $5 peanuts, $9 beer and of course they practically give you a cavity search when you enter. They will never offer an all you can eat deal.

Never? They do already have an all you can eat deal at Yankee's Stadium. Somone already posted it. Its $1300. They have some specials where I think you can get it for $500.

They actually cap you at around 120 oz (10-12oz) and the food wasn't that great. Outfield is at least $35 I think.

lol "cap" you at 10 12oz beers- I doubt it so much a cap as you are either passed out in your seat, running naked across the field, or peeing on the food counter

trust me, 10 was more than i needed, but i definitely could have handled about 3-4 more. having to wait in line to get the refill was the worst part. you miss half the game due to a crappy system of getting the food/refills

titewad said:No one can eat $25 worth of the food they offer. Hotdogs sell for $1 an 8-pack, plus another dollar for rolls, soda $1 2-liter bottle. Eat before the game, or better yet save youself the ticket cost and watch it on TV, save the driving hassle, the parking fee and the gas cost too.

Must support the economy no matter what. lol spend spend spend.. we need to borrow a few more loan for this. lol

Exercise is not the solution to lose weight. It's hard to work to exercise. Best is to eat less. All U can eat doesn't mean U "HAVE TO" eat them all.
