Starts tomorrow 6/7/09.

Hammermill paper is $5 with $4 SER, limit 2.
Staples Supreme Photo paper 8.5 x 11 is $13 with $12 SER, limit 2.
Norton AV 2009 is $40 with $20 SER and $20 MIR upgrader rebate.

Buy 2 of each paper and 1 NAV and use $25 off $75 coupon to make money. You can also cash out your GC or rewards coupons.

Cost: $13 x 2 + $5 x 2 + $40= $76
Rebates: $12 x 2 + $4 x 2 + $20 + $20 = $72
Coupon: $25
Total = make $21 minus tax on $50 minus cost of coupon (as cheap as $1.5) = make ~ $15

Note:
requires previous Whororton purchase

and $20 MIR upgrader rebate.

Upgrade rebates usually take any other AV/security product so it doesn't have to be a previous Norton purchase. And all you need is a copy of the CD.

SegaRob said: And all you need is a copy of the CD.

and the "Copy of the CD" means a photocopy of the CD ........NOT a burned copy of the original CD.

So the coupon is for online, which means this deal has to be done online, right? Is there any way to swing this in-store, since I have a GC I gotta use?

Yes. Order at the store kiosk (computer terminal) and choose "Pay at the Register". Print out the order page and go to the register and pay with whatever means you want.

There are in-store coupons available for purchase on the internet.

SegaRob said: There are in-store coupons available for purchase on the internet.

Yeah but they cost $2-$3 more than the online code. Might be useful for those where Staples is far away or you can just use a PDF editor to get a printable coupon from the coupon code.

Must resist buying more things I don't need. Can't resist buying more things I don't need....

Excellent use for those Staples rewards $ you have that must be used on Staples purchases. Now that they allow 10 of any kind of ink cart, nearly all of us have $30/month or so of rewards that you must burn up somehow ,and these FAR deals are a great way to turn Staples rewards into actual US currency...

paper rebate reads "limit 2 per customer. In store only". Will online or at-kios order qualify for rebate ?

Half-assed deals? I've done a million deals like this one. Coupons go through fine and rebates always come back. Money for nothing and the checks for free.

honestly, i've never ordered from the kiosk. i don't know if that will qualify for the rebate or not. i always use an in-store coupon and buy the stuff from the store. like i said, people on the internet are selling such coupons for a $1.50.

Staples rebate choices.....

Staples Easy Rebate

"Bought in a store."

1 Store purchase

2 Ordered at a computer terminal in store (((Kiosk orders)))

"Ordered from your home or office."

1 Staples.com purchase

2 Staples catalog purchase

Does anyone know at what time the new deals for the week of June 7 start? Here in PA still shows old info. Thanks!

Thanks SegaRob

If the paper deals are in store only, then that would mean you can't order at them at the kiosk, right?

MrNovember said: If the paper deals are in store only, then that would mean you can't order at them at the kiosk, right?I think since the kiosk is in the store, it counts. Personally, I would just buy it in the store to be on the safe side.

Right, kiosk orders are not store orders, even if you pay in in the the tore, which is the way to go.
Kiosk orders are delivered to you or the store, and is not from store stock.

No, you can print them out immediately.

Typically you will get them in your email in PDF format to print out.

All the 100's I have bought are sent as a pdf file.....

SOME few sellers will have the actual Staples printed coupon, that would be mailed to you.

I hust tried to submit the rebate on-line for the Hammermill paper and it says the rebate offer ( 09-86161 ) is invalid. Is anybody having this issue?

If you have an issue, use a tissue.

Just wait til tomorrow, all the ER will be fixed. Relax for now and go read.

Yup. It's showing up as a mail-in rebate.

Here

It usually takes a few days for Staples to put up new rebates. I would wait. They're advertised as SER so it should not be a problem.
