The discount doesn't show up in my cart whether I go through the paypal email link or through the Drugstore.com link. The products in my cart aren't exclusions in the fine print, so I'm not sure why it's not working. Any suggestions?

It seems to me that Paypal offer doesn't work if you have Drugstore dollars. After I've placed my order and used up Drugstore bucks, I tried again to go through Paypal discount link on Drugstore.com page and sure enough, shopping cart was showing $20 discount even when empty.

This probably happened because I went thru Bing CashBack first (10%) to go to Drugstore.com but when I looked at my shopping cart, the $20 coupon disappeared. Not sure if that caused it. Perhaps if I clear my cookies it will come back?

BTW...what does BOGO mean? Also, they have a promo of buy ANY Pantene product and get the 2nd at half off. It does work for this particular item...anyone know why?

BOGO = Buy One Get One.. it depends one their promotion, sometimes it's BOGO free, in this get is BOGO 50% off. Do you mean it does NOT work for this item?

OK...I called customer service and told my problem. The CSR enabled a $20 discount for me....sweet! She also told me that since I bought several different Pantene products, the BOGO deal will only work for one....sucks! So I made the transaction thru Bing (20% CB)

Anyway....this is the same problem as previous poster. I will call Drugstore.com

So my total with the 20% BING CB should be $43.58 unless BING takes it back which would be a bummer. I don't know how long it will take for the BING CB to appear in my account...anyone know? I don't even see it pending or in process yet. How long should I wait before I get antsy?

But I was able to get the $20 off by calling Drugstore.com and my 20% Bing CB appeared today on my account which is actually 20% off from the total purchase without the $20 off from Drugstore.com

Good for you. Did you get an email from Bing to confirm the CB? My CB is not showing in my account after 5 days. I will contact Bing.

I emailed then and they did end up replying after 2 business days or so. Granted I did send them 3 emails. The CashBack was credited to my account after their customer service responded.
