This is similar to one they have had on sale in the past (might even be the same one). Last time they were $399 I ordered two for the family and couldn't have been happier. I have had 0 problems with them yet. They do come with alot of bloatware (I always just format and do a clean OS install) but not as bad as it could be. Last I heard XP drivers are available for those who wish to go that route.
The intergrated graphics are not too shabby, I was able to get about 20-40fps in World of Warcraft depending on the area. It was even playable (minimal slideshow) in heavily congested capital cities (Dalaran). Of course, I wouldn't encourage anyone to get this for playing serious 3d games as there are better options at higher price points.
The screen is glossy on my models. The trackpad is nice and is flush with the rest of the area. The trackpad buttons aren't the best but they work. The laptop finish will show all of your fingerprints to the world.

Different processor, different amount of memory, different size hard drive, different wireless functionality, etc., listed for Costco's; so probably not the same model
Also various reports of 6/26 being W7 upgrade qualification date.
