Newegg has the XFX 9600GSO 1GB with COD: World at War and (maybe, review sites say it is included in package, and somewhat cryptic confirmation in reviews) Company of Heroes for $99.99 - $20 Instance - $20 Rebate = $59.99 after all rebates.

9500 gso .. no, it's the revised slower 9600 gs with only 48 shaders and you don't want it. This particular one will be stupid slow because of the DDR2 instead of DDR3 and the 128-bit instead of the 256-bit memory bus. You will not be happy with this, get the original 192-bit version or at least a 9600 gt which owns this big time. Video card prices are going through the floor take advantage of it.
"GeForce 9600 GSO 512
After clearing the old 8800 GS stock, nvidia revised the specification with a new core, and 512 MB of memory clocked at 900 MHz on a 256-bit bus.[14] For these cards the number of stream processors is halved to 48, with the core frequency increased to 650 MHz and the shader frequency increased to 1625 MHz." -- from wiki
