Well now you don't have to leave your home to get one If you sit at home you will(may) get only one. If you visit the post office you can pick as many as you want.

Yes, I received one this week (took about 3 days to arrive). They will only send a coupon to a particular email address one time so create a "throw away" mailbox.

I use a different email (and physical mailing) address each time but the same domain (which I own). Perhaps they've blacklisted my domain...I'll try a different one.
I've had great luck having Home Depot honor these. If they are 1-time-use, copy them and take them to Home Depot. Since they can't scan it, a manager just reads it and manually gives me the 10%

I second what a lot of people did and just went to the post office. I grabbed 10 packets. But to be fair, I really did just move and need all of them to fix up this house.

Actually I am finding my local HD being very strict on competitor coupons, even legit moving one's. I've talked to the manager and says he is no longer accepting them. So maybe the manager can override the general policy to honor competitor coupons.

Is there a Lowe's nearby? If there isn't, I wouldn't expect Home Depot to accept them. If there is one nearby, which usually there is, you just say "please accept my Lowe's coupon for stuff at your store, otherwise you are forcing me to take my business to Lowe's". Just make sure that whatever you are buying at one store is also available at the other store (apples to apples), and that you are willing to leave a cart full of stuff at the register for some poor schmuck to put back (job security for him/her though).
