Don't go for a budget gaming pc right now. We've hit a plateau that isn't going to progress for almost a year. The tegra chips are just coming out in the Zune and won't be in PC's for quite a while. My Q6600 and 8800GTX has lasted me until now and I still am amazed with the speed. Now is the time to go high-end while it's cheap and further improvements are still far away. |

It's not as if a video card is that difficult to upgrade either. If your budget grows, upgrade it. Not a bad start at all compared to the crap I see people using and then wondering why the game won't launch or has terrible fps. |
