Great deal ... they're out of stock but taking backorders and they expect a shipment in next week. Don't forget to use coupon code L8HS for $20 of $100 orders. Just ordered two boxes.

You can get a promo code from this page www.basspro.com/save100 and discount is valid untill July 8th. Key Code: L9BU I also went to get it online and put promo code into "special message" box, but just to make sure called in after placing an order so rep added promo code to the order in their system.
Good deal. I just placed the order, put the coupon code in the message field as "$20 off $100 coupon: L9BU" and sent it on it's way.. I called to double check and it was already processed with the $20 off, easy!
DSJ, if you don't mind where are you located? It would be interesting to see what parts of the country are feeling it harder. I am mostly in the KC MO metro, but have stopped in across MO and some in Iowa the past 8 months and have had trouble finding in Wal-Mart

Also, when you log on to BassPro to check on your order status no prices are shown either. I was billed the full amount on the invoice I received in the box of these I ordered week. I called and she credited my card back the $20.

$8.97 Per box at Wally World, Driving from Wally world to Wally world, and finding you can only get 2 boxes max, and If you can find it.
$10.29 per box for this deal, shipped to my door
Provided you only buy one big 250rd box. Wouldn't it be: $8.97 per box of 50rd CCI Blazer 9mm at Wally World $12.99 per 50rd of Remington UMC 9mm at BassPro
-or-
$44.85 for 250rd (total) of CCI Blazer 9mm at Wally World $64.94 for 250rd box of Remington UMC 9mm at BassPro
I'm not sure where you were getting the $10.29 per box numbers....
Either way, it's your money, and I shop Wal-Mart for groceries and other junk here and there, and tend to check out what ammo they have in stock when I stop in. The CCI Blazer 9mm ammo is starting to show up on the shelf more and more often. And if what PRG says is true about BassPro being out of stock, well that doesn't make them much better than being out of stock at Wal-Mart. Just gotta keep checking, or as the employees at Wal-Mart tell me, just call in after 8pm every day, as the ammo is always taken off shipments and put on the shelf by 8pm.
After FatCash and 2 boxes of 250 of it, it ends up being 99 dollars for 500 rounds, so roughly 10 dollars for 50 rounds, that ends up being a good especially if you have to pay 9.5% tax in California and driving to out of stock WalMart Stores in Northern California. I also would consider this ammo to be cleaner and slightly higher quality than Blazer Brass.
I think this is an especially good deal for California Gun Owners.

The price really doesn't matter if it's never in stock. The walmarts in the bay area never have ammo in stock and it's about a 40 minute drive for me to the WalMart that does sell the ammo. So this is a great deal for me and the lowest price from anywhere other that WalMart I've seen in a long time. Hopefully they price will start coming back down.
I'm not sure that everyone understands the deal with Wal Mart and ammo in California. Most of them don't stock ammo at all, so you need to find the one that does and compete for stock with everyone else in just a few stores.
In the Los Angeles area, I think it's only Cerritos and the one near Arcadia.
