Great deal, I have this monitor and absolutely love it. The only small issue I have with it is the deep reflective bezel that can be mildly distracting, but that's just nitpicking. Monitor color calibrates much better than my old Sceptre monitor did. It's the cheapest non TN monitor you'll find. However you should only get this monitor if you're a graphic designer, photographer or anyone who relies on color accuracy. Gamers, office workers and web surfers should move on and get a 24" monitor for the same price.
I got mine on eBay for $190 after Bing CashBack and no tax, and also fast shipping so that's worth a shot as well if you don't want to wait for Dell's molasses shipping speeds.
I love the tilt and rotate on this monitor. Sometimes I use it in portrait mode when reading or viewing photographs in portrait orientation.
If anyone is looking for an IPS monitor under $400, this is the monitor to get, you won't regret it.

I am not sure I entirely agree with this statement. First off I think many "office workers" would love this monitor given the quality of its text rendering. I work from home on two of these sometimes 9 hours a day or more and they are just wonderful. I would much rather have this panel and slightly less resolution than a TN 24" which is my alternative (and I don't any graphics work). Also I am running two of these in dual monitor mode on several computers and that make a wide viewing angle all the more important. Bottom line to me is this is probably the best monitor under $300-400 bucks for most folks especially non-gamers (not that the response rate of these is bad). In any case in for one for my wife. Since I have two from a previous deal I have to take care of her now .
