i just saw one for $219 but it got snatched up before i could add to cart. you can upgrade ram on the 10v to 2gb but it's a huge pain and requires a complete disassemble, probably worth it if you plan on running win7 or osx though |

Mine shipped already. I actually found a 6 cell pink one early this morning ($20 more), but it was already showing that my original order had shipped so I did not order it. Does Dell actually charge 15% restocking if you send it back unopened? The website implied that they would AND you have to pay return shipping. |

Just refuce the package if it is still not delivered. I did the same when I purchased the XPS and found a better one later. You don't even need to call Dell!(atleast I didn't) |

You don't even need to call Dell!(atleast I didn't) Calling will put you on the radar and give them the green light to charge you the 15%. If you do want to return it and already made the call to do so, and if you want to order something else, then they'll accept the return and even email you a UPS label - but you will need the new order number. It doesn't hurt to try the refuse-delivery gambit first. |

Are you saying Dell will not charge you 15% restocking fee if you replace your returned order with another? That was my experience last week. When I said I was going to order something else to replace the one I wanted to return, they told me to call back when I found what I wanted. When I did, they stayed on the line while I completed the order so they could confirm the order number. They then sent a link to a UPS label for the return. No 15% charge. |

I haven't ordered from Dell in a while. My order claims to have shipped on Wednesday but there is no tracking # yet. When should that show up? |

Call to get your tracking number...my last two orders shipped, but no tracking info was ever posted on the order page. I had to call to get it. |

addylor said:Just take the order number and track by reference number on FEDX.Cool! Looks like it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow! I had called earlier. got the automated system and I had to enter my order #, then it told me that it had shipped but they did not have the tracking #. So then I told it to talk to a person, and I got someone who could barely speak English. I had to give him my order # again, and my name, and then he said he'd transfer me to someone who could help me. Then I got a long winded recording which told me I could check their website (repeated twice). I finally gave up and hung up, which was probably the intent of making it so difficult. |
