Amazon has the best price I can find on this great saw at $399 and free shipping. Next lowest on pricegrabber was almost $100 more. Amazon drops to this price from time to time, but they slide back up fairly quickly.... I missed it last time.

Just got the 8.5 inch for $295. (with shipping) bf loves it so far. but they say the new models aren't as good as the older ones...but you can't really find the older ones anymore. *shrug*
8 1/2 sliding compound miter saw (which is like $60+ off from other places and only $6.99 shipping) I looked for a good two weeks, and that was the best I "saw"

Seriously, there's no comparison. Wish I had the extra cash floating around...
and these arent even Sears best sale prices on these, they often go 20-30% lower.

12" double bevel compound Hitachi is on clearance at Lowe's for $279. They also have a $25 off $250 coupon floating around that's good until 10/31 (I received it in the mail.) Model C12FDH YMMV??
