It's a nice idea, but for almost $4 a golf ball that's almost as expensive as a premium ball. 5 minutes probably isn't even enough time to finish a par 3.

Now if you could find me the rechargeable ni-cad ones, I'd be all over this.
I presume that the 5 minute flash is after each impact, though there's no indication of how many impacts you get per ball. What the heck - I'm in for 1. I'm usually so busy that I have to sneak in golf before 8am or after 8pm. By the time I drag my butt in in the evenings I've usually lost a ball or two to the dark gods. I've wasted $11 on stupider things in the past.

I hate to assume things. I'd guess that these are like those glow sticks that you crack and let the chemicals mix to glow. I could be wrong, let us know how they work out. if it's the 5 min flash after impact then it might be worth it.
