In for one. Thx OP. Believe it or not this will be my first non-CRT monitor (and I have 3 PC's). Price was tight and one of my monitors was giving it up. Thx again OP. I used the ejunkie coupon as well. Came in at $79.78 with tax. |

I've never been impressed with Staples. There prices are so much higher whenever doing price comps online. The resolution for this monitor is weak but it's good for elderly people. I bought my grandparents a similar screen about a year ago and they loved it. They don't care about resolution one bit. |

It is amazing how 20" LCD has been shrinking (in pixels). Used to be 1600x1200, then 1680x1050, now 1600x900. That's 25% less pixels comparing to 4 years ago. Will we go lower in the future? Let's say 1600x800 (2:1), or 1600x640? |

Couldn't get the $10 coupon to work and didn't want to do the eJunkie deal (just lazy) but I also noticed that the sales tax rate to CA residents is still 8.25% somehow. Can't explain that, but I have no problem with it. Maybe whatever county they ship from is still 8.25? |

Anyway they are going to expire tomorrow. If anyone have trouble with entering coupon, try to reset/delete cookies and start ordering from scratch. |

You can go to craigslist and look for old 20" and see their resolution. The problem with wide and wider LCD is that they take more horizontal desktop space while having fewer pixels. The width of 20" 4:3 is shorter than width of 20" 16:9. |

Thanks OP. Needed a backup monitor for home, used the $25 e-junkie coupon successfully. Was slightly nauseated to discover that my $30 in ink rewards expired on June 30th. A few choice expletives were uttered. Seems to me they've shortened the expiration on these reward checks. |

Ours is 8.75% and my parents get charged 9.25% in LA County. The initial confirmation page may not show this, but it will all be charged correctly in the end. |

I too bought one for $75+tax. I added a $.99 snickers bar to get the total to $100 at my local store. It's a very nice little $75 monitor... |

usually not, if you are trying to get $35 off $100. I haven't tried getting $35 off $175, which might work. in other words, Staples generally only lets you assign one coupon to a certain amount of value of items, and once you've applied, say, the $25 off $75, that $75 worth of items in your cart is "off limits" to other dollars off coupons. rewards, ink rewards, etc., still stack fine of course, since they are effectively cash at Staples.. |
