s/h came out to $9.02 for me
May be able to combine with Bing rebate, which would be about $5.88

Looks like CoD WaW is struggling to even sell for $10 on eBay, so YMMV if you looking to sell it for savings. For the $117.60 + s/h, this really a hot deal?
well, it's cheapest without having to wait for a rebate or sell any OEM versions of games. If you are already ordering something from Ewiz the s/h is pretty reasonable. It's $111.72 after bing +s/h, 1GB GTS 250 cards are something like $190+tax at Best Buy and no one ever mentions what prices on 1GB GTS 250 are on Fatwallet so I thought I would post it
9 inches long Fully shrouded 2 slot cooler design Competes with the 4850, but is faster in Nvidia optimized games such as Far Cry 2 Only needs one 8 pin connector, which translates to 2 molex with the included adapter Only needs a 450W PSU

This is not a good deal. You can find 4850's for $80AR. You can find a 512mb 4870 for $130 on Newegg. The price between this and a 4870 is too close given that the 4870 spanks it. 1gb of memory on a GTS250 (aka 9800 GTX+) will not make a difference because the videocard isn't that good of a performer over 1680x1050 anyways.
ATI cards are cheaper for a reason, aren't so great at CUDA, which can be a nice way to get something extra from your card when you aren't gaming. It can essentially act as a modern day Math Coprocessor. Eventually more video encoding and transcoding programs will support it
But yeah, for gaming alone you can get a cheaper ATI card for a HOT deal, no doubt, and the main reason to get a 250 over a 260 is if you don't have the extra 1.5" in your case
