Go back and ask for another manager, or better yet, just load in your cart, get the sku and go straight to the checkout. This has worked for me in the past.

I got one in Birmingham. I also checked the availability on the website within 100 miles of Birmingham just to see if anything was out there and it didn't say anything was.

*Sigh* I must endeavor to find this deal seeing as the printer at our office is driving all of us insane. And as the informal IT person (who has ZERO training in such matters), I bear the brunt of the printer doesn't work aggro and it makes me sad. Thanks for sharing

Oh and the lady tried to tell me that there are only 4 pages worth of toner in the cartridges and I should buy more cartridges from them now! Can you believe that?! Obviously she has NO IDEA what she's talking about. The starter cartridges do have less capacity than a full cartridge, but not FOUR pages worth... This was the only one left in a 100 mile radius of where I work. When I bought it, I went back to the website and checked again and it no longer says there are any more at that location. If somebody tells you otherwise when you see one in stock, they're probably lying.

I tried to pick one up in the store that "had" inventory, and the assistant mangaer told me that they've stopped carrying the samsung printers in store monthes ago, and that the stock indicator was wrong. I wished I knew that before driving out to the store. BTW.. In case anyone wants to know it was the flatbush store in brooklyn, ny.
