Seems like the best deal for a cheap WHS but wish it had more juice.
If you want a dual core (N330) WHS machine like this, your best bet would be to look at the Tranquil SQA-5H. But it isn't cheap, at what they are asking for it.
If you want a N330 based system, look before you leap:
So as you can see, you are already at $464 and you still haven't added the two 1TB drives that come with the Acer. Factor those in and your price rises closer to $600. This Acer deal @ $400 is a smoking deal.
I think that it might be hard to tax this little Atom, considering what you would be using this for. Now sure you won't be encoding any movies, but for backups, serving files and uTorrent I would think that it is fine.

Just buy an Acer AOA150-1635 from TigerDirect for $203 (after Bing CashBack and 6% florida taxes) and add the two $70 1TB drives on the front page to an external enclosure for minor savings, potential portability, and a built-in screen/keyboard/mouse

Remember that the 1 TB drive included in the computer probably only has a 1-year warranty through Acer....
