Wait - what does that mean, would buying from Costco.com mean I save (avoid having to pay) that 11.75 annual fee? What about a purchase from Amazon or buy, if I decided the Costco deal (with $50 International credit) was not for me? Is the 11.75 ONLY for Costco warehouse purchases? Strange! EDIT: Apologies - just noticed this was discussed above, and the $11.75 only applies to the 2nd year onwards. Hmm ... reason enough to buy it online (costco.com or elsewhere)? |

"The $50 international credit has to be used within 90 days" Where did you see that? It doesn't seem to be any expiration date for the $50 credit. |

its true, I just found out that the $50 credit has to be used within 90 days, its being discussed on ooma forums. I am pretty mad about that cause I already put in to port my phone and paid for premier. No way I can finish using all the credit in 90 days. The page says nothing about the expiration date for the credit. |

That sucks. Just called ooma support, she confirmed the 90 day limit. Maybe I can return the costco one and get a cheaper one from a different place in the future. |

Ooma has decided to extend expiration date on the international credit to 6 months!!!! Also costco ad NOW reads "*Credit applied to customer Ooma account and expires after 90 days. If the credit has not been depleted prior to expiration date, please contact Ooma for extension." seems to indicate you can call and get that expiration date extended again, YMMV |

If the credit has not been depleted prior to expiration date, please contact Ooma for extension. That's good news! Back to 6 months as you said. Thanks. |
