Yes, requires WoW to play.

"Our Add-ons for WoW install like any other mod. Simply extract the file into your WoW Interface/Addons directory, then launch WoW and type /Bejeweled or /Peggle to play!"

Just what people need, more addiction for their addicting game. =)
