Drum, guitar, bass, keyboard, and many other musical phrases are already built in to this keyboard decreasing the need for MIDI data programing. This is a pretty sweet deal on a keyboard that is usually priced no less than $250. Musician's Friend has this Yamaha keyboard for $169.99 plus free shipping. Even with free shipping, this is cheaper than the next lowest price by about $70.

Almost jumped, however the only output this thing has is USB. So it's fine for studio work but nothing else.
from Yamaha's website:
"The KX25, KX49, KX61, and KX8 USB Keyboard Studios (hereafter referred to as the "KX Series") were conceived and designed to support creativity and MIDI music composition without getting in the way. Based on a range of innovative features with advanced software integration and connectivity via a single USB cable, these control keyboards help create an efficient environment that supports traditional music production workflow. They also feature a range of drum, guitar, bass, keyboard and other musical phrases built in, minimizing the need for complex manual MIDI data programming. Complete compositions can easily be created with just one finger. Of course Yamaha keyboard know-how acquired and refined through years of experience offers feel and response that provide optimum musical control and comfort for smooth production.

Holy crap. I thought they screwed up when they sent me a free one. So I got 2 for 169.99 TOTAL!!! SWEET!!! This this rocks. Very easy to use. Had some trouble installing Cubase AI (which it comes with along with some other cool VST software) but still the best deal I can ever expect to find. Now I'll sell the other one on e-bay and more than make my money back. Thank you Musicians Friend.

Yeah, I got 2 today also! I already use Cubase Essentials 4, so setup was just plugging it in my computer. AI4 is very good free audio software that Yamaha bundles with their boards and mixers.
