This looks like a pretty good deal if one is willing to deal with rebates. The 16GB card also has a $15 rebate with before rabate price of $38.36 (after rabate 23.36 for a SDHC 16GB class 6 card). Product code is: PD16GSDHC6 and Amazon link is below http://www.Amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00295RBQ0/ref=ord_cart_shr?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance
I've not been able to confirm what speed this is, but it might be 150x.
According to the Patriot website these are below their Extreme Performance Secure Digital line which is 133x read. That means these cards are either 40x, 66x or at max 100x.

Actually Yes...and no... No: for Sony Digi Cameras which accept only Sony memory sticks, also for DSLR( e.g. Rebel XT/XTi ) which take compact flash. Yes: For all digicams which accept SD cards

I have the same question and quoting the terms doesn't really answer it. Its like an algebra problem. Is it one rebate (per product per address) or one rebate (per product) (per address). In other words, does this mean I can get two rebates at one address as long as its not the same product (i.e. one 8 and one 16). I called Amazon and asked and they said "huh"? I asked if I could get two rebates for two different products and they said "to be safe, use two different addresses." Ridiculous.

If you buy two different cards, you should qualify for a rebate for each.
just got them.. looks pretty nice! fast cards (typical for class 6). The back up software is actually powered by dmailer! nice little program, runs off of the SD cards, no installation required. You can run the program and select the files/ folder you wish to back up, then it mirros back in to the SD cards. I used it in the camera too, and works fine. Love Amazon! they don't charge CA tax (9.XX%)

And now it's $10.67 after rebate. In for 1- thanks!
Great price, especially since I had a $10 book in my cart but didn't know what else to get for free shipping.
Warning, these turds rejected my claim, said I didn't give them the original UPC, and I should re-send it. However I already sent them the original UPC and they won't take a copy. Pretty lame, I would of bought another card had I know this. Too late to take back cause I cut the UPC out and sent it in.
