I've not purchased from the Retailer < SuperBiz.com >- but it's a secure Website at Checkout. So I don't see any risk with trying a new seller via Credit Card purchase.
No offense OP, but I'd at least take a look at the combos at Newegg with this processor. You can get at least one for free, and a bunch at a nice discount... You could flip the motherboard on eBay to further reduce your price (but more up front).
