Sweet deal. I was looking for a site like this a few weeks back, but they were all too expensive. With the coupon code these prices are pretty reasonable.
nice, do you guys know any webpage that i can use to download a large Picasso image? a fake Picasso would be nice, like the Quixote one or the crazy dancers
thanks in advance

Please note that if you plan on stretching these you need to either: A, leave white space for wrapping, or B, make sure the composition of the photo is such that outer 1.5-2" all the way around won't be missed.
Got my 2 canvas prints back today, they look AWESOME. Now, my only caveat is that I sent "posterized" shots from photoshop so there would be no issue if the details were blurred on the canvas, but I have to say, they look pretty darn nice! And 2 for $24.99 including shipping was a steal.
I did notice that the shipping tube came from Hong Kong. Not sure if anyone has issues with that or not.
Anyone know if there is a limit on these?

I received mine back as well. What tremendous quality. They look incredible. My shots were taken by a 7 megapixel camera. I am so pleased that today I will look around and possibly send more pictures before the deal expires. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to transform a memory into a WORK of ART!! On a scale of 1 to 10, this is a definite 10. I have always been pleased by the Quality and Value of my transactions with Artscow.
For those of you that stretched these, the canvas measures 20 by 30 exactly? I ordered and want to go get the bars to stretch them but don't know what size...
Do you get stretcher bars measuring 20" and 30"? Or do you get shorter ones to account for the part that is wrapped? like 18x28 or 16x26?

It should be & you leave a white border around your picture for the frame allowance. But you might ask them just to be sure.
The Canvas measure exactly 20x30, so edit your picture first, add Text, Collage, Watermark etc..then save some white space around it to staple to the frame.

You only leave a white border if you want the wrap to be white, like it is going to be boxed and framed, for a gallery wrap, you let the picture wrap around the sides and there is no need for a frame. The canvas is indeed 20x30. I had one gallery wrapped and the other I had framed, both look awesome.
Anyone know if the b1g1f is good for two different photos?
Also, I'm slightly below the recommended pixel resolution of 4500X3000 and I'm coming in at (3502 x 2334) (non-crop from my Canon EOS 30D 8.2mp body and 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM lens)...would this still look okay printed on canvas at 20X30 inches? http://www.flickr.com/photos/motleypixel/3149801250/in/set-72157606700990436
Thanks, Lex

Thanks, Lexyes, it good on 2 dif. pics. don't know about your resolution because i've not done this deal yet.
You just need to resampling your image pixels upto 3000 then you will be OK. For the size of 20x30, you need to stand a little further back like looking at the movie poster. Try to keep your photo as original as possible meaning exposure thing cause Artscow machine will auto adjust image exposure also and keep the white space around your image so you can custom wrap around the side of the frame but have those white space behind the frame to staple it
Hummm...I didn't resample up; rather, I pulled it into their Silverlight application and keeping proportions I shrunk the image, leaving about 1" of white space around the edges. So won't this effectively make the printed area smaller than 20X30 (19X30) which helps with the printed DPI right?

Thanks, Lex Generally speaking, you did the right thing by not resampling yourself. Most good print houses have better rips than what a consumer can do. I looked briefly at their faq and they don't address resampling much other than recommending a min of 200ppi and max 10mb files. If they wrote a good faq then people would know how to prep their files for printing there and if they wrote it well enough they could include all the jargon without overwhelming people who've never done it before.
My first thought would've been a metallic for your photo rather than canvas. If you ever have the chance again & you want to print *really* big you could do a tone-mapped stitch. How big would depend on your time and how fast the clouds/wind are moving.
I'd also be curious if they autocorrect your image or not. If they do they will certainly brighten it and possibly remove a lot of the warmth from it.
edit: looked at your originals on flicker. If they were mine I'd stay above 240ppi for a regular luster/gloss print. Based on my own experience printing the same photo on different papers you can usually, but not always, get away with a little less ppi on canvas.
