Good shoes, I've grabbed some on clearance at Nordstrom....it's very YMMV.
I do hate paying >80 dollars for chinese made shoes, even if they are well made.

I went to the Dallas Galleria location and didn't seem like they had a large selection of Eccos.
I own a pair of Austin Ecco's and I'm surprised at how well they've lasted.

I like Ecco, 1803 (former emps of Ecco), Joseph Seibel, Cole Haan, and Clarks. I buy at another store and try to only buy when 66-75% off and then look again if they have any left when additional 20-50%.
Called Nordstrom 2 minutes ago...ecco track II moc lows and ecco berlins slip ons were NOT on sale. Mens shoes sales associate was not aware of any ecco sales going on.
Edit: This is the Downtown Seattle location I called. I was also there on Friday and there was no sale on the above Eccos...not sure about the rest of their shoes. I believe there were some ecco slip ons for $120 or so.

It's the semi-annual sale or whatever is advertised on their website. Store should have the same as the website sales. Picked up a pair of the New Yorks for $129 from $195
Called the North East Mall in Hurst and they were having the sale! Got the Berlin Plain Toes for $117. They look and feel great. Hopefully they last better than Timberlands. And the service at the Nordstroms I went to was excellent.
I love these shoes. They look and feel great. I'm dreading the first scratch. No you don't understand. I'm paranoid about it. Almost a shame to wear such a nice pair of shoes.
Thanks OP! GFY!

Costco has a couple styles for $100 right now...picked up a pair of the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned.
