Grrrr; I purchased on July 7th from Amazon (70-300mm for $327). It's next to impossible to find that "participating dealer" list. Since I have nothing to lose, I'm sending in a form. Thanks OP.

I just ordered the 70-300mm from Tristate Camera for $326.99 FS and 3% Bing CashBack.
