Thanks to ltrinh. After checking on Microsoft web site, it's actually a Bluetooth / USB wireless mouse. Title updated.

I have this mouse for my HTPC. Works well and yes it does both Bluetooth and RF. I know its a mobile mouse but I wish it was bigger... it's too small even for my girly hands.
