It depends on how you like your gummy bears. If you like the really soft ones, the costco black forest brand is for you. If you like yours slightly harder then Haribo is for you. I just bought 15 lbs of Haribo. <3

Save an additional 20% when you purchase eligible Haribo products sold by Amazon.com. Enter code HARBO454 at checkout. Offer valid through August 30, 2009.

Nice math.
11.82 w/ .99 cents S/H comes out to be 2.56 a lb. vs 3 bucks for 3 bags = yes, not much of a deal
You won't have to deal with 4 extra lbs. of empty calories either.

Not all of us can be good at math.
Let's see...
5 lbs for the Amazon deal x 16 oz/lb = 90 oz for the Amazon bag
90 oz (Amazon)/ 5oz a bag (WalMart) = 18 of the WalMart bags in order to get the same amount as one Amazon 5 lb bag
18 bags x 99 cents/bag = $17.82 is what you what you would need to spend at WalMart in order to get 5 lbs.
$17.82 (WalMart) vs 12.81 (Amazon)---which one is less?
