Present the cust appr coupon first. BUT I would also do this. When you enter the store, get a commitment that you can use the coupon.... Then if turned down, call over the person who said you could use it.

Still not working, This is a first for me, must be on my end.
There was some issue with a server that was just restarted, I want to give it a few more minutes & see if it is related to that before I go hounding our techs.

Drat! was hoping to use it on a computer.
I always buy a printer with a laptop at Staples, especially when they have the FAR d4360 HP. Buy something else with the pc and present the coupon, checker may in error let it go through.
And again, as I said, get someone in the store to commit to them taking the coupon, before you present it, they will usually not go into any exclusion business.

Is this something new? Does this mean purchases using this coupon won't count for rewards?I'm pretty sure they had that last time, too. It is newish, however. YMMV regarding whether your store will care (probably not).

Hi All,
Just a little confused about how to print this out. Is this a scan of a card received in the mail and therefore I need to print it out both in color and on card stock?
I normally print in grayscale (I'm cheap, but you understand that) on plain old paper.
Last time I used a coupon they took it out of my rebate (by reducing the price of a couple rebate items, with a "price match"), so I'm not keen spending any more money than necessary

In the past, and will this time also, I will present the greyscale printout, always worked before.

WillB&W and plain paper are fine. This is distributed this way (electronically) by the sales reps. CSRs should apply this as employee discount, and it shouldn't affect rebate, but YMMV.

Thanks. What threw me is it didn't say "print this and..." anywhere on it.
I think my problem with my previous coupon was the fact that it was an OD one they were "honoring", and that's why they may have thought of it (and applied it) as if it were a "price match".

Thanks again,
WillNext time they fumble with a competitor's coupons, you can suggest they enter it as a manufacturer's coupon. That how they do it here.
