I don't think you can use the coupon instore. Your best option would probably be to order it and then exchange it at the store, but you risk the chance that it sells out between now and when you receive the order.
btw, the price is reflected as $99 right now on Target website The ad clearly stated DS so I passed previously, but has this been confirmed that it's actually for the Lite?
