You can find this game at GameStop (used) for $5. It has bad ratings too. This version (found at Newegg) is much better. That is just the game only though.
Once again you quote a price from milo that is NOT even the correct item the OP listed. Stop spamming Milo Troll. The Ops deal includes a game.

I saw the 360 wireless controller (white) + Viva Pinata Party Animals pack for $29.99 at my Best Buy in the clearance section, and I passed on it. I don't need any more controllers, and I heard Party Animals wasn't very good. I don't know if that markdown is nationwide.
Now if it had been the pack I remember seeing long ago that also included 12 months of Xbox Live, I might've gotten it.
If you need a controller, I think it's worth it at this price. At worst, you can probably have the game around for the kids to play... (unless it's really so bad even the kids won't play it)
