I'd consider the Netgear GS105 instead, even though it's more expensive. I have a GS105 and a GS108 and have been very happy with them. The 100 series is slightly higher quality than the 600 series, and the GS units are Gigabit rather than just 10/100. Considering that these switches are likely to last a long while, you'll probably get value out of the Gigabit capability later even if you don't need it now. Newegg has the GS105 for $35 AR shipped, and the GS605 for $25 AR shipped, along with the 8-port GS108/GS608 for $55/$45.)

That's a darn good price for those! Those are After Rebate prices, though, FYI. The rebate form is on the product page, so it's no worries
The Gigabit versions of these switches (GS10x) don't work with many common gigabit devices. They are a gamble. I have a TRENDnet switch which is a much better switch.
