Two of my friends just did got this lease; only 255 per month including taxes, nothing down, and 1100 out of pocket. ( first month payment, DMV, bank fee). Maybe a nissan promotion or just a regional offer. PM me if you need more info.
I can post any information you request, it's 39 months 12000 miles per year, it's through a leasing company and I'm not sure what dealer they get it from. They pretty much have the car for you the next day. The only reason I said pm is this will only apply to a few people that live in the NYC ares and are looking to lease since fw is so against leasing cars, please let's not get into that discussion.

Brooklyn, ny. Of course they're new. It's not a dealership so you'd have to arrange for them to have the car ready this weekend. They don't take a deposit so you're free to back our if you dot like something.
Please post details of the actual company offering this 'deal'...or it should be taken down.
Hiding everything in PMs is very shady and makes me think either this is some kind of scam or directly benefits you. Both of which are not permitted. Posting deals for specific areas are common and you have it noted in the subject so that shouldn't be an issue.
