For those of you lucky enough to have a fry's near by. They're having a 1 day special day where the Street Fighter IV tournament edition fight stick is only $89.99. This is for the X360 and PS3 version. Might be a YMMV, but the Fry's in Austin still had plenty left.

Not to bash on the deal or anything, but anyone genuinely know why Fight Sticks are so expensive? Is it because of the punishment they have to take?

they're put together with actual arcade parts. specifically from the japanese cabinets.

That seems like a lot of trouble. Why not just make the parts in a factory instead of taking apart old cabinets?

They don't use used parts, stridhiryu030363 is saying they use the same parts (new... before they go into a cabinet)...

Basically it suppose to be the highest quality for arcade parts from japan. Sanwa they say makes the best arcade stuff, and this is what it is comprised of Sanwa.

Thanks for the clarification everyone!
