I just recently flew AirTran and noticed all their flights now have Gogo Inflight Wi-Fi. Anyway, asked flight attendant about it and she gave a promotional code for free 24-hour GoGo Wi-Fi pass ($12.95):
159FLS7421
Expires 31 Aug 2009. It worked great, but hopefully you'll have a device with decent battery life since there probably won't be any AC power outlets. Here's also a list of participating airlines.

I tried GoGo on an AirTran flight a few weeks ago (with a $3.95 code, so this is even better) and was happy with the service. The speed was quite good although I might have been one of the only passengers using the service on the flight.
Thanks, OP, for the free code. Hopefully I'll catch a flight where I can use it.

Nope. The person next to me used the same promo code for her new Gogo account and she was able to get onto the Internet after me. Thus, this is at least a two-time use code...

I am on a flight with gogo inflight internet (airtran) and just used this code: 159flt3161 this morning. Thought it expired 8/31, not sure how long it will last or if the other ones are working too.
I just flew on Saturday from Chicago to San Diego and paid $9.95. I didn't expect American Airlines to have WiFi installed already. I flew with them a few months before and they had the signs up, but the WiFi wasn't yet working.
