What you heard does conflict with my RiteAid account status. I purchased two 45ct @ $29.99, each applied $5 of $25 RA cpn, plus $3 RA cpn on circular, plus $4 manufacturer cpn. My rebate account shows $25 rebate eligibility, and I have already received $10 RA $10 certificate which left $9.98 unredeemed for another $10 certificate when I purchase more for $40.02 before any coupons.
