Great Deal. There is a printer going for $315 on Fleabay(item#150366687666). So that is like getting a great camera + good lens for $405. Or just the camera body for about $300(if you sell the lens too).
Great Post OP, I'm really tempted. Sorry if this is a Noob question, but how does the tier work? When I look for the store on Bing, it shows 6.2-10.2%. Your figures are obviously based upon the higher percentage. Sleekwallet, did you actually complete the sale with the ~$127 B-CB? Thanks!
There is a thread about this on the "Other" site:SD, and there are a bunch of people reporting bingCB problems while a whole bunch already received it, its a hit or miss.

i think it usually takes a day or so before you get the CB pending notification from a buydig purchase.
Bing denied my Newegg CB. Waited 3 days, contacted their support morons and they say they can't find the transaction ID. Total bull as I followed the correct steps (logged into Bing CB, searched for Newegg, clicked on CB banner...). They're playing the rebate scam. Bing has lost a whole swath of customers, not just CB but on their silly search site as well.
BTW - why does the T1i page state "$400 total mail-in rebate on the Pixma Pro9000 Mk II..." while the Pixma Pro9000 page shows only a $100 rebate?

I believe the $100 rebate is just for the printer purchase. It clearly states $400 rebate with the purchase of select SLRs

I nearly got screwed by the Newegg-Bing tag team as well. Took several days of emails to both companies, but eventually they worked it out. I ended up with the full CashBack amount, and Newegg gave me a $15 credit for the aggravation. Bing support seems kind of sketchy though. In their case, you might want to put in a few support tickets in the hope that one of them ends up in the hands of someone halfway competent.
I also noticed CB being flaky earlier today. I cancelled/reordered from eBags twice before the CashBack showed up properly.

I am fairly new here but I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this rebate or a similar one. buydig and beachcamera can be sketchy at times. I bought my first dslr from beach camera and had a few problems with upselling, etc. Do they actually pay out? That's a pretty large rebate. Has anyone else found similar CB from these sites with less hassel than Bing? thanks
still waiting here... was going to re-order but not now when its 6.2%.. I'll wait another day.

I clicked the Regal Camera link and the popup said 40% bing Cash Back instead of 12% listed on the page. So the total price for T1i is $1000 - $400 = $600 and free shipping. Any one can confirm it?

Rebate is directly through Canon, though there are retailer-specific rebate forms (and specific mailing addresses). CashBack, on the other hand, is a different story. I followed all of the correct steps for Bing and nothing showed up in my CashBack account (first time this has happened to me). Put in a support request, had to provide additional information such as order confirmation etc, and had the credit reflected in my account in a couple of days. Overall, I can say that I'm satisfied with Bing's customer service (though others have certainly seen less than stellar results).

Does anyone know where this list comes from or who is doing the promotion? Who is ACB Promotions? Also, I don't see buydig.com on here as mentioned in the orginal post. Dose anyone know otherwise?

If you don't see the store on that list, the store must have its own store-specific form (store logo and a different Dept number in the mailing address).
The problem with J&R is that they have the generic form for the T1i+9000 combo, which may not work due to their absence on the list. All other stores I looked at are OK: they either have store-specific form (like buydig) or are present on the list (like Newegg).
BTW, I am new to CB and FW and I have a question. I used Google Chrome instead of internet explorer, when I ordered through Bing.. will that be an issue?

shouldn't be an issue... even if it was most people are having luck contacting bing Cash Back and getting it resolved.
I contacted Bing CashBack Support through a contact link, it worked fine for me. They replied me to send some info about the order. I did that and today I can see CB amount in my Bing account.. But instead of expected $119 (10.2%) I received only $90.38. My order total was 1168 ($719 t1i body and 449 printer) I don't know, how they calculated CB.. It's not 10.2% or 6.2% but about 7.74%.. Any one know, how they must have calculated it?
But who cares.. I am just glad that I will atleast get $90 back. BTW, I received printer and camera today.. Now it's time to file rebate and sell printer.
Thank you OP

They probably gave you 10.2% on the camera, and 6.2% on the printer. Seems people who bought the more expensive Pro9000 Mark II printer got 10.2%, while the other printer got 6.2%.

After a few email exchanges back and forth, finally they are showing up a CB of 127.3 in my account, yay! its pending for 60 days now...the camera has shipped and will arrive next friday, the printer ships later i think. Hopefully everything goes though, my eBay sale and rebates...Long wait for a ~$450 T1i
